Welcome!!! To the first section of your money making. Now there are 3methods which will get you to 100k.
Cowhides (Needed Items: none)
Rune Esscence (Needed Items): pickaxe, completed quest Rune Mysteries)
Clay (Needed Items: pickaxe)
Cowhides
Needed Items: None
Recomended Items: Lvl 10+ Combat, Armour and Weapon
Now you may be thinking, Cowhides are worthless. Aren't they? Well your wrong. 111gp per cowhide!!! That's alot for a small thing. But you can make a fortune from it. Now in Lumbridge there's a cowfield right by the Toll gates, but it's jampacked. So i have found a cowfield which hardly anyone goes to. North of the mill in lumbridge is a secret cowfield. Follow the map to get there.

Now once there go to he west end as most of the cows are down there. And all you have to do is kill cows. Pick up there cowhides and bank them.

Now you dont want to walk all the way to lumbridge castle just to bank them so there are a set of deposit boxes (marked on picture above)

1 cowhide = 111gp
10cowhides = 1110gp (1.1k)
100cowhides = 11100gp (11k)
1000cowhides = 111000gp (111k)
..............................................................................
So 1000 cowhides will get you to your 100k mark and also you will get an extra of 11k.
Rune Esscence
Needed Items: Completed Quest Rune Mysteries and a Pickaxe Recomended Items: Good pickaxe and Mining lvl
Now the second good money maker to get to 100k is Esscence Mining. Due to the opening of the runecrafting guild rune esscence has shot up in price from 22gp to 44gp, it was doubled only in a couple of days and it is still in demand.
But first to do Rune Esscence mining you need to have completed Rune Mysteries (link to a quest walkthrough)

Now to make the money, the best place to go is Varock mage shop to be teleported to the Rune Esscence mine because once teleported back there is a bank just north to deposit the goods, but make sure you take your pickaxe to mine the goods.

Keep doing this for a while to make your 100k

1Rune Esscence = 44gp
10Rune Esscence= 440gp
100Rune Esscence= 4400gp (4.4k)
1000Rune Esscence = 44000gp (44k)
2000Rune Esscence = 88000gp (88k)
2500Rune Esscence = 100000gp (100k)
........................................................................
So 2500 Rune Esscence will get you to the 100k mark.
Clay
Needed Items: Pickaxe Recomended Items: Good pickaxe and Mining lvl
Now clay however small it is or you think is useless is worth 98gp. So good money from something so small. Now to start off get your pickaxe and go to one of the mines marked on the map below.

Now this simple method will make you rich as well as the other methods.

So just mine about 1040 to reach the 100k mark.
